Arbeitszeit: 38,5 h pro Woche

In dieser Position übernimmst du die Führung eines kleinen Teams im Vertriebsinnendienst am Standort Zirl. Um dein Team bestmöglich zu unterstützen und weiterzuentwickeln, lernst du die Aufgaben, Prozesse und Abläufe des Bereichs von Grund auf kennen und arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit.

Neben der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Ablaufs setzt du Impulse für Verbesserungen, entwickelst Prozesse weiter und schaffst die Rahmenbedingungen für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit. Dich erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und viel Raum, eigene Ideen einzubringen und umzusetzen.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

* Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft sowie Sicherstellung einer professionellen Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung als Basis für ein umfassendes Verständnis der Prozesse, Abläufe und Schnittstellen im Team

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen Teams im Vertriebsinnendienst am Standort Zirl (in Zirl gibt es zwei Teams)

* Verantwortung für die Organisation der Abläufe sowie die Erreichung der definierten Bereichsziele

* Analyse von Kennzahlen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs

* Koordination der Abläufe im Abholmarkt (Shop in der Zentrale) sowie im Vertriebsinnendienst

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Logistik und weiteren internen Fachbereichen

* Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Prozessen und der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Strukturen

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung

* Abgeschlossene, passende Ausbildung

* Freude an analytischer Arbeit im Vertrieb und an der Arbeit mit Menschen

* Wertschätzende und klare Kommunikation

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Organisationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität

Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag Handel mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
