Princeton BMW is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman family!
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and helping customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle.
Job Duties:
- Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs, preferences, and budget
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by presenting features, technology, performance capabilities, and financing options.
- Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives that highlight the benefits of BMW products.
- Collaborate with customers, Sales Managers, and Finance & Insurance (F&I) personnel to structure and negotiate vehicle purchases and lease agreements
- Assist customers throughout the purchase process and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and foster long-term relationships.
- Utilize CRM and dealership software to track customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the team.
- Deliver a professional, customer-centric experience that supports dealership and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred; luxury automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- High School Diploma or GED; additional education or relevant sales training is a plus.
- One year of sales, customer service, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Benefits:
Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time
In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $3,000-$10,000.month with earning potential based on your personal performance.
