Vi söker dig som är serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och trivs med att möta människor. Du är en lyhörd lagspelare med god kommunikationsförmåga och har lätt för att anpassa din kommunikation efter kundens behov. Med ditt goda humör och din positiva inställning bidrar du till både arbetsglädje och förstklassiga kundupplevelser.

Du har ett stort intresse för bilar och gärna tidigare erfarenhet från bilbranschen. Erfarenhet av system som Kobra och CAB/CABAS är meriterande. Goda datorkunskaper är ett krav och erfarenhet av Office-paketet är en fördel. B-körkort är ett krav.

Om jobbet

Som skaderådgivare har du en nyckelroll i skadeprocessen och ansvarar för att varje kunds ärende hanteras på ett professionellt och effektivt sätt. Du blir kundens kontakt genom skadeärendet och arbetar nära både verkstadsteamet och försäkringsbolagen.

Vi arbetar med teknik i framkant och utvecklar kontinuerligt våra arbetssätt med fokus på en modern och digital skadeprocess. Som en del av vår fortsatta utveckling flyttar verksamheten dessutom till helt nybyggda och moderna lokaler på Österängen under våren 2027. Hos oss får du en varierad roll där kundservice, problemlösning och ditt bilintresse står i centrum.

Arbetsuppgifter

🏎️ Hantera skade- och garantiärenden

🏎️ Ta emot och hjälpa kunder över disk och via telefon

🏎️ Bedöma olika typer av bilskador, ta fram offerter och hantera fakturering

🏎️ Ge rådgivning och service till verkstadens kunder

🏎️ Ha nära kontakt och samarbete med verkstadsteamet och försäkringsbolag

🏎️ Arbeta dagligen i Kobra och CABAS

Omfattning: 100%, heltid

Arbetstider: Dagtid, måndag-fredag

Placeringsort: Vättersnäs, Jönköping

Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse
