Vi letar efter dig som vill vara en stjärna bakom kulisserna och hjälpa våra säljare att briljera i sina bilaffärer. Du behöver inte ha mer än några års arbetslivserfarenhet – det viktigaste är din energi, vilja att utvecklas och att du är en lagspelare som gillar att hitta smarta lösningar i det dagliga arbetet!

För att kunna hantera rollen behöver du ha - Minst 2 års erfarenhet av administrativt arbete - Vana av att arbeta med flera olika system (gärna ett affärssystem) - Du behöver ha viss affärsförståelse - och med det menar vi att förstå flödena i en affär och hur olika delar av en organisation hänger ihop - Om du tidigare har varit i kontakt med bilbranschen i arbetslivet på ett eller annat sätt är det en merit (men inget krav!)

Om jobbet Som leveransadministratör hos oss skapar du trygghet genom att hjälpa våra säljare att hålla koll på allt kring bilens leverans. Du är en nyckelspelare som ser till att allt flyter smidigt bakom kulisserna! Vi i leveransteamet har ett nära samarbete med verksamheten och strävar tillsammans efter att göra det vi gör ännu bättre. Vi sitter tillsammans med andra avdelningar på kontoret, vilket ger en mix av energi och möjlighet att knyta nya kontakter varje dag!

I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår att - Hantera alla sålda och inköpta fordon genom upplägg, planering, fakturering, registrering och uppföljning - Ansvara för att alla sålda fordon planeras i tid samt att alla in- & utleveranser hanteras inom givna tidsramar. - Säkerställa korrekt och komplett information i våra affärssystem

Vi behöver arbeta noggrant och strukturerat även i stundtals intensiva perioder utan att ge avkall på kvalitén. Ett exempel är att registrering av uppgifter behöver bli korrekta för att undvika affärsmässiga risker.

Tjänsten är ett längre vikariat med chans till förlängning, med start enligt överenskommelse.
