About the Role
As a member of our MFL Department, you will deliver high-quality teaching that engages, challenges and inspires students to achieve their full potential. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of an ambitious curriculum, support students' academic and personal development, and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator, whether you are an Early Career Teacher or an experienced professional, who is committed to making a positive difference to the lives of young people while contributing to a thriving and supportive school community.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Has knowledge of strategies to recognise and reward efforts and achievements, and the ability to encourage students to become self-reliant and independent learners
- Will, through personal commitment, maintain and develop our ethos of diversity, inclusivity, and equality of opportunity

Holmleigh Park is an ambitious academy located in Tuffley, Gloucester. All of our staff take part in both Faculty and Whole School CPD.

Every student at HP takes part in extracurricular activities during the normal school day through our Wednesday Enrichment program. We believe in students leaving a legacy and shaping the culture of the school for those who follow.

Every student is expected to show the very best version of themselves so that every lesson is calm, focused and allows all learners to thrive. Every classroom is consistent and we work together as a whole staff team to implement the same routines and expectations every lesson, every day.
