The posting

The ideal candidate is

A senior professional audio expert with 10+ years of experience in networked pro audio systems, ready to help shape the development and deployment of future solutions. This role combines technical depth; undertaking & reviewing system designs, with hands-on involvement in system configuration, loudspeaker testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate works structurally, communicates confidently with senior technical stakeholders, and takes ownership naturally.

Main objectives of the role

In this role, you will leverage your extensive application experience in system design, configuration, and deployment to help pioneer the development of future solutions and bring these to life. The successful candidate will directly undertake & review design solutions, contribute industry expertise to defined commercial and business topics, and support core delivery processes in the field

Your role and responsibilities

  • Apply established best practices for the design and configuration of networked pro audio systems, including using proprietary design and configuration tools
  • Undertake system design and analysis work directly, from concept through execution
  • Provide review and identify improvement opportunities for system designs created by others, drawing on your experience and knowledge of industry best practice
  • Own loudspeaker test planning and execution, including equipment setup and scheduling
  • Provide cross-functional technical expertise to enhance product development, testing, configuration, and deployment
  • Work closely with internal technical experts across engineering, software, and hardware teams in a like-for-like technical dialogue, ensuring clear, structured communication
  • Support system setup processes including health & safety considerations, system configuration, and stock/equipment management
  • Maintain broad awareness of third-party professional audio products and ecosystems
  • Contribute to internal documentation, workflows, and quality standards
  • Provide mentorship within the business on core technical topics and industry best practices

What you need to succeed in this role

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the professional audio industry, with background at a system integrator, manufacturer, or rental house
  • Strong experience with complex audio systems
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools for system design and configuration, and venue health & safety standards
  • Demonstrated ability to set up, commission, and tune advanced loudspeaker systems
  • Extensive industry experience with the ability to handle meetings and technical discussions independently
  • Proven responsibility for health & safety. Compliant physical system setup, including risk awareness, safe working practices, and adherence to site and venue regulations during installation and commissioning
  • Comfortable with hands-on system work, including rack configuration, loudspeaker rigging, cabling, and physical signal connections
  • Professional communication skills, including written documentation, presentations, and technical reporting
  • Fluent in English
  • You love to take on responsibility and work with a team
  • Are always striving for new challenges and eager to deep dive into complex problems

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
