Deine Aufgabenbereiche

Als Shop Assistant garantierst du unseren Kund:innen ein außergewöhnliches Einkaufserlebnis. Dies ermöglichst du durch:

  • Rolle unseren Kund:innen den roten Teppich aus! Berate kompetent, einfühlsam und verkaufe aktiv.
  • Bediene die Kasse und wickle Zahlungen korrekt ab.
  • Verantworte einen genauen Kassenstand, zeichne Preise aus, verräume Lieferungen und kontrolliere den Warenbestand.
  • Setze unsere Produkte durch kreative und ansprechende Präsentation gekonnt in Szene.
  • Passe die Schmuckstücke deiner Kund:innen an und wickle kleine Reparaturen und Reklamationen professionell ab.
