Wir verbinden moderne Web-Technologien, datengetriebenes Onlinemarketing und leistungsstarke Logistik, um unseren Kunden ein herausragendes Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten. Für unsere beratungsintensiven Kernsortimente (wie z. B. Terrassenüberdachungen, Pergolen und Gartenwelten) suchen wir einen umsetzungsstarken Content & Production Lead (w/m/d). In dieser Rolle bist du kein theoretischer Stratege, sondern die zentrale Produktionskraft: Du visualisierst Premium-Produkte auf höchstem Niveau, nutzt modernste KI-Tools und produzierst in hoher Frequenz performancestarke Creatives für Ads, Landingpages und Social Media.

  • Eigenständige End-to-End-Produktion von High-Volume-Ad-Creatives (Short-Form-Videos, Motion Ads, UGC-Varianten und Bildformate) für Meta, TikTok, YouTube und Pinterest
  • Einsatz generativer KI-Tools (z. B. Gemini, Higgsfield, Cloudinary) zur Erstellung fotorealistischer 3D-Visualisierungen und anspruchsvoller Produktwelten
  • Konzeption und eigenhändige Durchführung von Foto- und Videoproduktionen vor Ort (in unseren Showrooms sowie im Logistikzentrum) inklusive Schnitt und Grading
  • Aufbau, Verhandlung und operatives Management eines aktiven Netzwerks von Creatorn und Influencern
  • Kontinuierliche Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer visueller Konzepte für Landingpages, Produktkonfiguratoren und Performance-Kampagnen
  • Analyse von Creative-Metriken (Hook-Rates, CAC, ROAS) in enger Abstimmung mit dem Performance-Marketing und schnelle Ableitung von Iterationen
  • Proaktives Testen und eigenverantwortliches Ausrollen von Inhalten mit hoher Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit ohne langwierige Freigabeprozesse
  • Nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Bild- und Videoproduktion im D2C-E-Commerce
  • Exzellente Fähigkeiten im Videoschnitt, Motion Design und in der Postproduktion
  • Fundierte Praxis im produktiven Einsatz moderner KI-Bild- und Videotools
  • Praktische Erfahrung im operativen Creator- und Influencer-Management (Akquise, Verhandlung, Steuerung)
  • Tiefes Verständnis für Performance-Marketing-Zahlen (CAC, Deckungsbeiträge, Conversion Rates) und Produkte mit längerer Customer Journey
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität: Du baust, filmst und renderst selbst, statt Aufgaben an Agenturen oder externe Teams zu delegieren
  • Wohnort im Raum Frankfurt am Main / Offenbach / Rhein-Main bzw. die Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Produktionstagen vor Ort im Lager und in den Ausstellungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
