Join Home Health Services of Virginia as an LNP working a consistent 9AM to 5PM shift, Monday through Friday. Enjoy a balanced work schedule with no holidays and no weekends, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing exceptional care to our patients in Glen Allen, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in a home health setting according to patient care plans.
  • Monitor patients’ health status and progress, reporting any changes promptly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and their families about care techniques and health management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Virginia.
  • Valid LPN license without restrictions or disciplinary actions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively.
  • Prior experience in home health care or a related nursing field preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to patients’ homes in Glen Allen, VA.
