Brænder du for at arbejde med ejendomshandel, arbejder du struktureret og er du samtidig et udadvendt og positivt menneske, så er det måske dig vi søger!

Vi søger en dygtig trainee/salgskoordinatorer til vores forretning i Nørresundby. Dine arbejdsopgaver vil bestå i at klargøre sager, udarbejdelse- og tjek af købsaftaler, besvarelse af advokatskrivelser, udarbejdelse af annoncer, hjælpe vores dygtige mæglere med ad hoc opgaver, kundekontakt på telefon og i forretningen, udarbejdelse af salgsmaterialer osv.

Vi forventer at du:

  • Er uddannet finansøkonom eller lign (ikke et krav)
  • Forstår vigtigheden af unik kundeservice og har et imødekommende væsen
  • Kan arbejde struktureret og effektivt og samtidig have orden i tingene
  • Være i besiddelse af den udholdenhed, der skal til for at føre en opgave igennem til dens afslutning.
  • Er kvalitetsbevidst og har en god ordenssans
  • Du skal være velformuleret både i skrift og tale og have flair for IT.
  • Kan arbejde både selvstændigt samt i vores team
  • Har en positiv indgangsvinkel til udfordringer, hvilket gør at du ser muligheder i stedet for begrænsninger i din hverdag
  • Er smilende og præsentabel
