Om jobbet

Som sagsbehandler får du ansvar for dine egne sager. Du bliver en vigtig del af teamet i Middelfart og får en varieret hverdag med tæt kontakt til kunder, mæglere og samarbejdspartnere.

Du får grundig oplæring, løbende sparring og mulighed for at udvikle dine kompetencer inden for bolighandler og sagsbehandling.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være:

• Sagsbehandling før og efter en indgået handel

• Oprettelse og håndtering af sager

• Dokumenthåndtering og kvalitetssikring

• Kontakt med kunder, mæglere og samarbejdspartnere

• Opfølgning, koordinering og sikring af fremdrift

Om dig

Du arbejder struktureret, har sans for detaljerne og trives med at tage ansvar.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

• Trives med sagsbehandling og administrative opgaver

• Har fokus på kvalitet og overblik

• Kan håndtere flere opgaver samtidig

• Kommunikerer professionelt via mail og telefon

• Arbejder selvstændigt og tager ejerskab for dine opgaver

Erfaring med bolighandler, købsaftaler eller lignende er en fordel – men ikke et krav. Det vigtigste er, at du har lyst til at lære og udvikle dig.
