Home Call söker nu en engagerad praktikant som studerar HR, personalvetenskap, beteendevetenskap eller liknande och som vill utvecklas inom rekrytering, HR och employer branding. Det här är en möjlighet för dig som vill omsätta dina kunskaper i praktiken.

Hos oss blir du en del av ett företag i stark tillväxt där du får arbeta nära rekryterings- och HR-funktionen och vara med i det dagliga arbetet från första dagen.

Om praktiken

Under din praktik kommer du att få lära dig hela rekryteringsprocessen och aktivt delta i arbetet med att hitta, attrahera och anställa nya medarbetare.

Du kommer bland annat att få:

  • Lära dig rekryteringsprocessen från start till mål
  • Delta i telefonintervjuer, videointervjuer och fysiska intervjuer
  • Lära dig intervjuteknik och kandidatbedömning
  • Arbeta med kandidatkontakt och urval
  • Publicera och administrera jobbannonser
  • Arbeta i vårt rekryteringssystem Teamtailor
  • Hantera referenstagning och bakgrundskontroller
  • Få insyn i HR-relaterade processer och personaladministration
  • Delta i employer branding-aktiviteter och sociala medier
  • Vara med och utveckla rutiner och processer i en växande organisation

Du kommer att få löpande coachning och stöd från erfarna rekryterare och får möjlighet att utvecklas både professionellt och personligt.

Vem söker vi?

Vi tror att du:

  • Studerar HR, personalvetenskap, beteendevetenskap eller liknande
  • Behöver genomföra praktik som en del av din utbildning, eller söker relevant erfarenhet inom rekrytering och HR
  • Har ett genuint intresse för människor och relationer
  • Är kommunikativ och tycker om att prata med nya människor
  • Är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och nyfiken
  • Talar och skriver svenska obehindrat

Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av service, försäljning, administration eller kundkontakt.
