Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Mechanicsville, Virginia Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Daily, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work Location: In person

Job Description: Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a compassionate and reliable PCA or CNA to provide in-home care for patients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities and supporting patients in maintaining their health and comfort.

Qualifications:

  • Current CNA certification or PCA experience.
  • Experience working in home care or patient care preferred.
  • Strong communication, compassion, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutrition as needed.
  • Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising nurse or family.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
  • Document care provided accurately and timely.
