Part-Time Nurse – LPN / RN Location: Chesterfield, VA 23113 Job Type: Part-time Schedule: Wednesdays and Fridays, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Work Location: In person

Job Description: Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN or RN to provide care for a patient in the home health setting. This is a part-time position with scheduled shifts on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
  • Experience working in a home health or home care setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled patient care following the plan of care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor and document patient condition accurately.
  • Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
  • Complete clinical notes in their entirety.
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols in the home.
