24/7 Support You're not expected to figure everything out alone. If it's 2:15 AM on a Sunday and you need help, all you need to do is call.

Reserve Fund As you reliably show up and care for clients, you'll build an additional reserve fund alongside your regular wages that can provide extra support when times get tough.

What You'll Actually Do
As a Care Pro, you'll provide non-medical support based on each client's individual needs, including:
- Companionship, conversation, and activities
- Personal care assistance, including bathing and toileting
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Medication reminders
- Safety oversight and support
No two clients are exactly alike, and no two days of caregiving look exactly the same.

What You'll Need
To get started, you'll need:
- A reliable vehicle for your shifts
- A valid driver's license
- Current vehicle insurance with you listed as a driver
- A smartphone or device with reliable service
- The ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle records check, and drug screen
