Do you have caregiving experience, an outgoing personality, and a genuine passion for connecting with people? At Home Instead, we help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We're looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who are confident providing hands-on personal care and know how to make clients feel comfortable, valued, and understood.
We want more than someone who simply completes a checklist of tasks. We're looking for go-getters who take initiative, aren't afraid to take the lead, and can build genuine connections with clients and their families. - Experience with personal care, including toileting, bathing, and showering.
- Experience assisting with transfers and mobility.
- Experience using Hoyer lifts and gait belts is strongly preferred.
- Outgoing, personable, and confident when interacting with clients and families.

We Want Caregivers Who Go the Extra Mile
Our clients deserve someone who shows up, gets involved, and genuinely cares. The right caregiver brings positive energy, notices what needs to be done, engages with the client, and helps create an environment where both the client and their family feel comfortable and supported.
We're looking for people who take pride in being dependable, building relationships, and making a difference beyond the basic tasks of caregiving.
Ready to Make a Difference?
If you're an experienced caregiver with a caring heart, a confident personality, and the initiative to go above and beyond, we'd love to hear from you! #566SG22
