Deine zukünftige Rolle

Du bist auf der Baustelle zu Hause, behältst den Überblick und packst selbst mit an? Dann übernimm bei uns die fachliche Führung eines Montageteams und sorge dafür, dass Wärmepumpen-, Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen sauber, sicher und termingerecht installiert werden.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Montage, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Service von Heizungs-, Wärmepumpen- und Sanitäranlagen
  • Unterstützung bei komplexen Anlagen, Fehleranalysen und Sonderlösungen
  • Inbetriebnahme und Einregulierung von Anlagen (inkl. hydraulischem Abgleich, Fernüberwachung, PV-Anbindung)
  • Fachliche Führung und tägliche Koordination des Montageteams auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und termingerechter Umsetzung
  • Abstimmung mit Projektleitung und Disposition sowie digitale Dokumentation der Arbeiten

Deine Rolle auf der Baustelle:

  • Du bist der fachliche Ansprechpartner für Monteure, Projektleitung und Kunden
  • Du koordinierst Abläufe, teilst Aufgaben ein und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Baustellenbetrieb
  • Du kontrollierst die ausgeführten Arbeiten vor Übergabe an den Kunden
  • Du meldest Materialbedarf, fehlende Teile und Baufortschritt zuverlässig zurück

Dein Profil

Expertise & Macher-Mentalität – das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Bereich und mehrere Jahre praktische Montageerfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Monteuren oder als Vorarbeiter / Teamleiter
  • Du kannst Aufgaben klar verteilen, Entscheidungen treffen und Verantwortung übernehmen
  • Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten im direkten Kundenkontakt – du erklärst Technik verständlich und lösungsorientiert
  • Organisationsstärke: du behältst Termine, Material und Abläufe im Blick
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch, Zuverlässigkeit und Vorbildfunktion auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tablet oder Smartphone zur Dokumentation
  • Führerschein der Klasse B.
