Deine Aufgaben

  • Du prüfst, bearbeitest und erstellst Rechnungen und sorgst für eine pünktliche sowie korrekte Zahlungsabwicklung.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Rechnungen und sonstigen Unterlagen in Salesforce, Google Drive und Agenda.
  • Du trägst zu einer effizienten Buchhaltung bei.
  • Du prüfst den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr und erstellst Zahlungserinnerungen sowie Mahnungen.
  • Du erstellst monatliche Abrechnungen und Reportings.
  • Du erstellst Finanzberichte und Jahresabschlüsse.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die pünktliche Bearbeitung aller Nebenkosten.
  • Du bringst Ideen und Erfahrung zur Optimierung von Prozessen ein, um diese effizienter zu gestalten.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen
  • Oder: Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert, idealerweise mit einer Zusatzqualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter*in.
  • Du bringst einschlägige Erfahrung im Finanzbereich mit, idealerweise als Buchhalter*in in Start-ups oder in der Immobilienbranche.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Sehr gute numerische Fähigkeiten und hohe Detailgenauigkeit.
