Kontakt e-mailemSpolečnost HOMOLA holding s.r.o. hledá zkušeného kolegu či kolegyni na pozici STAVBYVEDOUCÍ se zaměřením na pozemní stavitelství a inženýrské sítě.Náplň práce:- komplexní řízení svěřených stavebních zakázek - koordinace všech účastníků výstavby- organizace staveniště a zajištění plynulého průběhu realizace- kontrola dodržování harmonogramu, rozpočtu, kvality prováděných prací a projektové dokumentace- spolupráce s investorem, technickým dozorem, autorským dozorem projektanta a koordinátorem BOZP- koordinace dodavatelů a technologických profesí- vedení stavební dokumentace a elektronického stavebního deníku, evidence pracovníků na stavbě- dohled nad dodržováním předpisů BOZP a PO- komunikace se správci inženýrských sítí, úřady a kontrolními orgány- aktivní řešení technických i organizačních záležitostí během realizace stavbyPožadujeme:- SŠ nebo VŠ vzdělání stavebního nebo strojního směru- minimálně 3 roky praxe na obdobné pozici - zkušenosti se stavbami inženýrských sítí výhodou (praxe stavbyvedoucího nebo technického dozoru investora při realizaci inženýrských sítí)- schopnost samostatného rozhodování a vedení pracovního týmu- uživatelskou znalost programů pro řízení stavební výroby- řidičský průkaz skupiny B- autorizace ČKAIT výhodou- dobré organizační a komunikační schopnosti- odpovědný přístup, flexibilitu a chuť dále se profesně rozvíjetZaměstnanecké výhody:- stabilní zázemí prosperující společnosti s dlouholetou tradicí- základní mzda od 70 000 Kč měsíčně + motivační odměny a bonusy podle dosažených výsledků- možnost profesního růstu, odborných školení a dalšího vzdělávání- služební automobil i k soukromým účelům- notebook a mobilní telefon- příspěvek na stravování- 4 týdny dovolené + 5 dní sick days- přátelský kolektiv a moderní pracovní prostředíDoba určitá 1 rok s možností prodloužení.
