What You'll Do
As a Sales Person, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every customer while helping them find the vehicle that best fits their needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcome customers with a friendly, confident, and professional approach
- Build genuine relationships and establish trust with customers
- Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and wants
- Showcase vehicles and confidently demonstrate features, technology, and benefits
- Conduct engaging test drives and vehicle demonstrations
- Present purchase options and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Work with management and the finance team to help customers complete their purchase
- Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date on available inventory
- Keep vehicles properly displayed and merchandised to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude throughout the customer experience
- Work as part of a team to achieve individual and dealership goals

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working on the dealership lot
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
