Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Spracováva POBJ od objednávateľa prepravy (VZ,OP,expedícia) na všetky typy prepráv
  • Po vzájomnom odsúhlasení požiadaviek na prepravu s prepravcom, informuje objednávateľa prepravy o termíne nakládky/vykládky
  • Kontroluje dodržanie požadovaného termínu nakládok/vykládok tovaru, cenové ponuky od prepravcov, súlad nákladových faktúr za prepravu s cenou na objednávke
  • Spracováva CMR / Processes CMRs
  • Komunikuje s colným úradom
  • Eviduje objednávky pre export a import, CMR, prepravné listy X1, cenové ponuky od prepravných spoločností
  • Archivuje objednávky, potvrdenia o prevzatí faktúr
