  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, standardizing workflows, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and program outcomes.
  • Support utility-related projects involving infrastructure upgrades, equipment deployment, system modernization, automation, maintenance, or operational improvements, as applicable.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, change orders, action items, risk registers, schedules, and reporting records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor customer expectations, service-level commitments, quality standards, safety practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate program meetings, communicate progress, document decisions, and follow through on action items to ensure accountability across teams.
  • Support leadership with program reviews, resource planning, forecasting, and recommendations to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
