The posting

A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a talent to support the Bank’s digital marketing and digital acquisition strategy on marketing communications, social media strategy and content, retail banking’s marketing and PR campaigns including segments, products, services and channels, and to manage effective allocation of resources and budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • To help develop and execute effective marketing communications campaigns for the Bank's digital marketing channel as well as other digital-heavy retail banking products and services, including but not limited to ATL and BTL promotions, PR promotions, digital/ social media marketing, POP displays, events and sponsorships, etc
  • To support the growth and performance of the Bank’s overall digital and social media strategy and presence, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Facebook, lnstagram, WeChat, Linked In, KOL/ affiliate resources, etc
  • To manage and coordinate the Bank's social media content strategy
  • To liaise with and manage performance of the Bank's digital agency resources
  • To liaise with creative agencies and other external parties on digital creative development, media placement and production for branding and marketing campaigns
  • To support and coordinate tracking, analysis and reporting of performance metrics in order to assess marketing ROI on digital channels
  • To ensure quality execution of all assigned marketing communications/ digital marketing initiatives within allocated budgets and in line with business targets and KPls
  • To compile digital and social media marketing benchmarking trend analyses

Requirements:

  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience* in digital marketing, social media, advertising and/or PR ; banking and financial services experience will be a strong advantage
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing (SEM, mobile, social media, etc)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight schedule
  • Experience in using Adobe Photoshop and HTML and JavaScript preferred
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
