The posting

A growing foreign-based Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Manager to set up a consolidated data hub, gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data, deriving insights from various sources such as customer databases, social media, and other relevant sources and build infrastructure & business model.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business analytics strategies that align with the company's objectives and goals to drive business insights and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data analysis and develop solutions to complex business problems.
  • Design, develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support data analysis, predictive analytics, data-driven decision making, and machine learning initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization tools and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Provide campaign data execution support, including data management, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve business analytics capabilities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders using visualizations, reports, and presentations.
  • Keep abreast with the latest trends and developments in business analytics and related fields
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, statistics, or related field; preferably in financial industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with marketing automation/CRM tools is a definite advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data analysis concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Multi-tasking and strong collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering business insights and solutions that drive business results.
  • Experience providing campaign data execution support, including data management, segmentation, and reporting
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate Director Level
