Responsibilities

  • Setup and manage daily operations of the showflat and sales office.
  • Ensure the showflat is well-maintained, and staff (cleaners, security, agents) perform their duties.
  • Prepare real estate documents like the Option to Purchase and conduct basic Anti Money Laundering check.
  • Handle sales inquiries, conduct site viewings, and attend to VIPs.
  • Provide after-sales support and administrative assistance.
  • Conduct property market research and related reports.
  • Work with authorized real estate agencies (Joint Marketing Agencies) to generate leads and meet sales targets.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Required to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Singaporean preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and detail-oriented.
  • 2-year renewable contract.
