Ihre Rolle

  • Bearbeiten der technischen Anfragen unserer Kunden
  • Klärung der technischen Machbarkeit anhand von Lastenheften, Zeichnungen und Normen
  • Abstimmung mit dem Kunden über die technischen Anforderungen an das Produkt
  • Präsentation der Hongfa-Produkte und Auswahl der geeigneten Produkte für den Kunden
  • Übermittlung der technischen Anforderungen an die Entwicklungsabteilung in China
  • Begleitung der Projekte vom ersten Kundenkontakt an bis zur Serieneinführung und darüber hinaus
  • Beratung unserer Kunden sowohl am Telefon als auch vor Ort
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte
  • Technische Abwicklung von Reklamationen
  • Reisetätigkeit zu den Hongfa-Werken in China und zu den europäischen Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Projektteams

Ihr Stärken

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Schaltgerätetechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung inkl. Weiterbildung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Verhandlungssicher)
  • Erfahrung in Design oder Applikation von Gleichspannungsschaltgeräten bis 1.500 V
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Elektrotechnik / Elektronik insbesondere über Grundschaltungen der E-Technik und Magnetismus
  • Lesen und verstehen elektrischer Schaltpläne
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse mechanischer Baugruppen
  • Lesen und verstehen von Zeichnungen
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Werkstofftechnik und Produktionstechnik
