Looking for meaningful part-time work with overnight and weekend opportunities?

At Home Instead, we're hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one care to older adults in Parole, IA.

If you have experience with personal care, mobility assistance, or dementia support, we'd love to hear from you!

Available Part-Time Shifts

We currently have the following shifts available:

  • Friday Overnight: 8 PM–8 AM Saturday
  • Saturday Overnight: 10 PM–8 AM Sunday
  • Saturday Full Day: 8 AM–10 PM
  • Consistent, recurring schedules available

Pay & Benefits

  • $17/hr weekday starting pay

What You'll Do

  • Assist older adults with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
  • Provide safe mobility and transfer assistance
  • Support clients living with dementia or memory-related challenges
  • Offer companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
  • Help clients maintain independence, comfort, and dignity at home
  • Provide attentive, dependable care during overnight and extended weekend shifts

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous experience providing hands-on personal care, mobility assistance, or dementia support
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
  • Availability for recurring Friday overnight, Saturday overnight, and/or Saturday full-day shifts
  • Ability to remain attentive and responsive to clients' needs during overnight visits
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow individualized care plans
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Willingness to travel to clients within Parole, IA
