At Home Instead, we're looking for experienced, dependable Care Professionals in Warren County, IA, who are passionate about helping older adults live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes.

If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and have experience providing hands-on personal care or supporting individuals living with dementia, we'd love to meet you!

Weekday & Weekend Shifts Available

• Location: Warren County, IA • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM • Saturday & Sunday: Shifts ranging from approximately 4 to 12 hours

• Weekend Morning Shifts: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM • Weekend Full-Day Shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We're looking for caregivers who can commit to a consistent weekly schedule and provide the dependable, personalized support our clients deserve.

Experience We're Looking For

Personal Care & Mobility Assistance

• Hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting • Experience supporting transfers and mobility needs • Helping older adults safely navigate daily routines • Providing patient, respectful, and attentive personal care

Dementia & Memory Care

• Experience caring for individuals in the later stages of dementia • Confidence using redirection and reassurance techniques • Ability to respond calmly to confusion, frustration, or changing behaviors • Creating a comforting, consistent environment that supports dignity and trust

Pay & Benefits

• Starting wage: $17 per hour • Additional weekend shift premium • Annual performance appraisals • Paid orientation and ongoing training • Vacation pay (eligibility requirements apply) • Health insurance and 401(k) with company match (eligibility requirements apply) • Opportunities for additional hours • 24/7 on-call support

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Previous hands-on caregiving experience, particularly with personal care, transfers, or dementia support • Consistent availability for weekday mornings and/or weekend shifts • A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to care • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow individualized care plans • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance • Willingness to travel to clients within Warren County
