1. 协助项目经理开展储备项目的投资分析，包括市场与行业调研、项目考察、财务测算及报告撰写； 2. 参与项目财务模型搭建、估值及投资回报分析，整理相关项目资料与文件； 3. 协助对已投项目进行常规投后跟踪与管理，完成数据收集、分析及汇报支持； 4. 完成项目经理交办的其他相关工作。

1. 2027年或2028年毕业的硕士研究生，具有金融、经济等相关教育背景优先考虑； 2. 有地产、投行、金融投资类实习经验者优先考虑； 3. 具备优秀的行业研究和数据分析能力，能深度使用大模型进行投研工作； 4. 扎实的财务基础，能搭建财务模型； 5. 英文听说读写熟练，能独立撰写并陈述英文报告； 6. 具备优秀的学习能力、沟通能力、协作能力和解决问题能力，能适应高压工作； 7. 保证每周至少完整3天到岗，连续实习不少于6个月。表现优异者有机会留用。
