We zijn een dynamisch sociale onderneming in volle groei. Voor Triolo, onze school voor Buitengewoon Lager- en kleuteronderwijs zijn we op zoek naar een orthopedagoog.

Triolo is een school met een duidelijke visie, waarbij inclusie centraal staat. Wij geloven dat élk kind het gevoel moet hebben om er bij te horen. We willen een warme omgeving bieden waar leerlingen optimaal ondersteund worden om zich te ontwikkelen tot jongeren die veerkrachtig en positief in de maatschappij staan.

Wij werken op maat van de leerling. Elke leerling krijgt een programma dat werd samengesteld op basis van zijn unieke noden en talenten. Wij kunnen hiervoor rekenen op een team dat elke dag het beste van zichzelf geeft om iedere leerling de optimale ontwikkelingskansen te geven. De leerkrachten worden ondersteund door een orthopedagoog, paramedici en bijzondere leerkrachten voor cultuurbeschouwing.

Wat doe je als orthopedagoog dagelijks op de schoolvloer?

  • Je hebt een adviserende rol binnen het kernteam inzake het pedagogische beleid, kwaliteitsplan en visie.
  • Je geeft mee vorm aan studiedagen en personeelsvergaderingen.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in relevante maatschappelijke ontwikkeling binnen het (buitengewoon) onderwijs en zorgt voor een doorstroom van deze kennis naar het team.
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het vlot verloop van de handelingsplanning en coacht hierbij de leerkrachten.
  • Vanuit systeemtheoretisch denken zorg je voor een doorstroom van informatie van externe hulpverleners en CLB naar het team en vice versa.
  • Je coacht de individuele leerkrachten , maar ook de aan jou toegewezen teams in positieve teamgeest en gezonde communicatie.

Wat doe je als je aan je bureau zit?

  • Je leest overlegverslagen en geeft (schriftelijke) feedback indien nodig.
  • Je zorgt voor een ordelijke verslaggeving van gesprekken, werkbegeleidingen, …
  • Je gaat op zoek naar informatie die helpend kan zijn bij de aanpak van onze leerlingen en zorgt hierbij ook voor een terugkoppeling naar de leerlingen.
  • Je bereidt je klassenraden voor door je in te lezen in de voorbereidingen van de leerkrachten.
  • Je werkt inhoudelijke thema’s uit zoals een pestbeleid, agressiepreventie,…
