Je biedt een klein groepje kleuters een fijne vrije tijd na een intensieve schooldag. Je stimuleert hun sociale vaardigheden en talenten in een huiselijke en veilige sfeer.

Vrij spel en activiteiten: Spelletjes begeleiden, knutselactiviteiten organiseren, of sportieve en creatieve spelen aanbieden die de fantasie prikkelen.

Zelfstandigheid en sfeer bewaken: Toezicht houden en kinderen de ruimte geven voor vrij spel, zonder een strikt schoolprogramma op te leggen.

Conflicthantering: Kinderen begeleiden bij onderlinge meningsverschillen en hen helpen zelf oplossingen te vinden.

Oudercontact: Bij het ophalen een kort, vriendelijk gesprekje voeren met ouders over hoe de namiddag is verlopen.

Veiligheid en zorg: Eerste hulp bieden bij kleine ongelukjes (EHBO) en toezien op de fysieke en emotionele veiligheid.

Kwalificaties en diploma's

  • Minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs of een erkend attest/kwalificatiebewijs voor de buitenschoolse kinderopvang.
  • Geldig uittreksel uit het strafregister (minderjarigenmodel / Model 596.2)

Competenties en vaardigheden

  • Geduldig, empathisch en integer in de omgang met kinderen en ouders.
  • Flexibel ingesteld (werktijden liggen voornamelijk na schooltijd).
  • Basisvaardigheden in conflicthantering en EHBO.
