Heb je voeling met techniek en industriële omgevingen? Als Teamlead Technische Sales combineer je commerciële activiteiten bij klanten en prospects met het aansturen van een team. Je werkt in de regio rond Poperinge.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Nieuwe klanten in de industriesector benaderen op basis van een focuslijst en leads uit de CRM-tool.
  • Klanten en prospects bezoeken, technici voorstellen en onderhandelen over tarieven en voorwaarden.
  • Bestaande klanten verder uitbouwen, onder meer via verlengingen, uitbreidingen en kansen voor de projectdivisie.
  • Een team in sales en recruitment aansturen en coachen, en briefings en salesoverleg leiden.
  • De commerciële pipeline, cijfers, tarieven en marges bewaken en het salesplan vertalen naar de praktijk.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting, en 3 tot 5 jaar commerciële ervaring. Ervaring in technische projectsourcing, detachering of dienstverlening aan de industrie is een plus.
  • Je begrijpt technische functies in de industrie en de behoeften van onderhoudsverantwoordelijken.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het coachen van mensen of bent klaar om dit te doen. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; Frans is een sterke troef.
