Role Overview

Do you enjoy organizing details, assisting customers, and helping plans come together successfully? We are expanding our remote team and seeking dependable individuals to join us as Booking Coordination Consultants.

This position focuses on supporting clients with reservation management, travel planning assistance, and booking-related coordination. You'll play an important role in helping clients navigate their travel arrangements while delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist clients with securing and organizing travel reservations and vacation arrangements
  • Research travel products, lodging options, transportation services, and destination opportunities
  • Help coordinate booking requests and ensure reservation information is complete and accurate
  • Provide clients with information and guidance based on their travel interests and objectives
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms
  • Monitor travel plans and assist with changes, updates, and special requests when needed
  • Keep booking records, confirmations, and customer information organized and up to date
  • Learn about destinations, travel products, and supplier offerings through ongoing training
