Position Overview

Do you enjoy organizing details, helping people, and creating memorable travel experiences? We're growing our remote team and looking for motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join us as Booking Services Specialists.

In this role, you'll help clients plan vacations from start to finish by researching travel options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring every booking is handled with accuracy and care. Whether you're starting a new career or looking for a flexible remote opportunity, you'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with clients to understand their travel interests, preferences, timelines, and vacation goals
  • Research destinations, all-inclusive resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Present personalized vacation options that fit each client's needs and budget
  • Coordinate reservations and travel arrangements using approved booking platforms and preferred suppliers
  • Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, travel documents, and departure information
  • Assist clients with reservation updates, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Verify reservation details to help ensure bookings are accurate and complete
  • Provide timely communication and ongoing support before, during, and after the planning process
  • Maintain organized client records, booking information, and correspondence within company systems
  • Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and travel resources through ongoing training
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that builds long-term client relationships

Qualifications

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
