In this role, you'll help coordinate reservations, support clients throughout the booking process, and ensure important details are handled accurately. No prior travel industry experience is required—training and ongoing support are provided.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with reservation and booking-related requests
  • Review travel details and confirmations for accuracy
  • Research available options based on client preferences and travel goals
  • Communicate schedules, confirmations, updates, and important information
  • Help manage itinerary adjustments, changes, and special accommodations
  • Track booking activity and ensure requests are completed efficiently
  • Maintain organized records and client information within company systems
  • Provide professional support through phone, email, and online communication channels
  • Utilize company resources and tools to deliver a smooth booking experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and team development programs
