In this role, you'll assist with coordinating travel reservations, supporting clients throughout the booking process, and helping create smooth, well-organized travel experiences. What You'll Do

  • Assist with coordinating reservations for vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and other travel experiences
  • Review client requests and gather information needed to support booking arrangements
  • Research travel products, destination options, and supplier offerings through approved platforms
  • Verify reservation details and travel information to help ensure accuracy
  • Provide courteous and timely assistance to clients throughout the planning process
  • Respond to inquiries regarding travel options, booking status, and service requests
  • Help facilitate reservation changes, itinerary adjustments, and special accommodations when needed
  • Maintain organized records of bookings, client communications, and travel documentation
  • Participate in virtual training programs and ongoing professional development opportunities
