Position Overview

We are currently expanding our remote team and inviting applications for a Client Assistance Coordinator opportunity. In this role, you'll help support individuals as they organize upcoming travel experiences by assisting with planning steps, reviewing arrangement details, and helping ensure communication stays clear throughout the preparation process.

This flexible remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, staying organized across multiple responsibilities, and contributing to smooth client experiences while working independently. Structured onboarding and ongoing guidance are available to help you begin confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to gather planning preferences and scheduling information
  • Support coordination of trip components such as accommodations, activities, and transportation services
  • Provide updates related to confirmation progress and planning timelines
  • Assist with reviewing destination and package options using approved supplier tools
  • Respond to client questions through email, phone, and secure online messaging systems
  • Maintain accurate records connected to coordination activity and service updates
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and continuing development opportunities
