Role Summary

We're growing our remote team and searching for dependable, organized individuals who enjoy supporting others and managing important details. As a Client Coordination Specialist, you'll help facilitate client requests, oversee scheduling and communication needs, and contribute to a positive experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, problem-solving, and building strong relationships while working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
