The posting

Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company powered by a full-service travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family vacations, and luxury getaways. We partner with top global travel brands to design seamless, memorable travel experiences for clients worldwide.

Our mission is to help travelers plan unforgettable vacations while offering flexible, remote opportunities for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service.

Overview

We are looking for personable, organized, and service-driven individuals to join our growing virtual team as Client Experience Advisor.

In this role, you will serve as a consistent point of contact for travelers as they move from their first vacation inquiry through planning and preparation. Your focus will be on understanding each client's expectations, providing thoughtful assistance, coordinating requested travel services, and making sure clients feel informed throughout their experience.

You may assist individuals, couples, families, and groups with resort stays, cruises, celebrations, weekend trips, tours, family vacations, romantic getaways, and international travel.

A background in the travel industry is not necessary. Training and ongoing guidance are available for individuals who are interested in developing their skills in customer relations, travel planning, and client support.

Your Role

  • Welcome new client inquiries and learn what travelers are hoping to accomplish with their vacation
  • Ask thoughtful questions about destinations, dates, interests, preferences, budgets, and special requests
  • Research travel experiences that complement each client's priorities
  • Explore accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, attractions, and vacation packages
  • Organize suitable choices and communicate recommendations in an easy-to-understand format
  • Help clients compare available experiences and determine which options best meet their needs
  • Assist with coordinating selected travel arrangements through approved supplier resources
  • Keep clients informed about confirmations, upcoming deadlines, required information, and next steps
  • Prepare and organize itinerary details and other relevant travel information
  • Follow up with clients throughout the planning process to keep arrangements moving forward
  • Respond to questions regarding existing reservations and upcoming travel
  • Assist with routine booking updates, modifications, and special requests when applicable
  • Communicate professionally using phone, email, messaging applications, and virtual platforms
  • Coordinate with travel partners when additional reservation information or assistance is required
  • Review booking records carefully to ensure client information and travel details are correct
  • Maintain organized records of conversations, preferences, reservations, and follow-up activity
  • Continue learning about destinations, travel products, supplier programs, and current vacation opportunities
  • Deliver consistent service designed to encourage client satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals

Who We're Looking For

We welcome candidates who:

  • Enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences
  • Have strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Communicate professionally and clearly
  • Listen carefully and respond appropriately to individual client needs
  • Are organized and comfortable keeping track of multiple details
  • Demonstrate strong follow-through and time-management skills
  • Pay close attention to accuracy and deadlines
  • Can work independently while remaining accountable for responsibilities
  • Are comfortable using computers, email, internet research, and online communication tools
  • Are willing to learn new systems, processes, and reservation technology
  • Can adapt when client needs or travel arrangements change
  • Approach customer concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Are receptive to training, coaching, and continued development
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region.

No previous travel experience is required. New team members receive access to resources that support learning and professional growth, including:

  • Guided new-team-member onboarding
  • Client service and communication training

  • Reservation process instruction
  • Supplier platform and product resources
  • Destination learning programs

  • Fully remote work environment
  • Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling opportunities

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
