About the Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic, organized, and customer-oriented individuals to join our expanding remote team as Client-Focused Travel Coordinators. In this role, you'll work closely with travelers to help organize vacation plans, coordinate important travel details, and provide exceptional support throughout the planning process.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and vacation goals
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation options, excursions, and vacation packages
  • Provide customized recommendations that align with client expectations and budgets
  • Assist with arranging travel components and organizing itinerary details
  • Share booking confirmations, travel schedules, documentation, and trip-related updates
  • Support clients with adjustments, special requests, and travel-related questions
  • Review reservations and travel information for accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor upcoming trips and assist with finalizing outstanding arrangements
  • Maintain detailed client records and planning notes within company platforms
  • Utilize supplier resources and company tools to support client travel experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training, destination education, and professional development programs
