Position Overview

We are currently expanding our remote team and are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, managing details, and coordinating personalized solutions. As a Client Planning Specialist, you will assist clients throughout the planning process, helping organize arrangements, provide information, and ensure every step is handled smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Help resolve scheduling conflicts, adjustments, and service-related concerns
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, records, and documentation
  • Participate in training programs and stay informed on company procedures and resources
