Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join our expanding remote team as Client Services Travel Consultants. This role centers on helping clients navigate the travel planning process, coordinating important details, and delivering a high level of service throughout every stage of their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and vacation objectives
  • Provide guidance on destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, accommodations, and travel experiences
  • Research travel options and present recommendations based on client needs and budgets
  • Assist with coordinating reservations, itineraries, and trip-related arrangements
  • Share booking confirmations, travel schedules, documentation, and important updates
  • Support clients with itinerary adjustments, special accommodations, and travel-related requests
  • Review reservations and travel details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Track upcoming departures and assist with finalizing travel plans
  • Maintain detailed client profiles, communication records, and trip information within company systems
  • Utilize supplier resources and company tools to support client travel experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training programs, destination education, and professional development opportunities
