Position Overview

We are looking for organized, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Customer Experience Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting clients as they explore vacation options, make selections, and organize the details needed for a smooth booking experience.

You will help clients navigate available accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and other vacation services while providing clear communication and attentive support. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy researching, working with people, and managing multiple details in a flexible remote environment.

What You'll Do

  • Learn about each client's vacation interests, preferred destinations, dates, budget, and priorities
  • Search and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and other available experiences
  • Share relevant options and information to help clients make informed decisions
  • Coordinate selected reservations using approved supplier and booking resources
  • Verify names, dates, confirmations, and other important reservation information
  • Keep clients informed of updates, deadlines, and necessary next steps
  • Respond professionally to questions and assist with routine changes or requests
  • Maintain accurate client records and organized booking documentation
  • Keep up with destination information, supplier updates, and current promotions
  • Complete ongoing training to strengthen destination and service knowledge
