Position Overview

Do you enjoy helping people plan memorable holidays while delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for friendly, organized, and motivated individuals to join our growing remote team as Customer Experience Holiday Advisor.

In this role, you'll help clients navigate every stage of the vacation planning process from discovering destinations to finalizing reservations and preparing for departure. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and creating outstanding travel experiences, this flexible remote opportunity could be an excellent fit.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals, travel interests, schedules, and spending plans
  • Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, guided tours, transportation, attractions, and vacation packages
  • Recommend travel options tailored to each client's preferences, lifestyle, and budget
  • Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and additional travel services using approved supplier systems
  • Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, travel documentation, and departure instructions
  • Assist with reservation changes, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and special travel requests
  • Verify reservation details and travel information to help ensure every booking is complete and accurate
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients by providing updates and answering travel-related questions
  • Keep accurate records of client information, bookings, and correspondence within company platforms
  • Work with preferred travel partners to provide exceptional travel planning and customer support
  • Participate in ongoing supplier education, destination training, and professional development opportunities

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
