We're looking for motivated, organized individuals who enjoy helping others and coordinating details behind the scenes. As a Customer Experience Planner, you'll work with clients to understand their goals, assist with arrangements, and help ensure every step of the process is handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients throughout the planning and coordination process

  • Assist with organizing reservations, schedules, and service-related details

  • Help manage modifications, adjustments, and special requests
  • Review records and documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain organized client files and activity records using company systems
  • Work with team members to help deliver outstanding customer experiences
