Our growing remote team is seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people, providing exceptional support, and helping create memorable vacation experiences. As a Customer Experience Vacation Consultant, you'll assist clients throughout their travel journey by offering personalized recommendations, coordinating travel details, and ensuring a smooth planning experience from start to finish.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are organized, service-driven, and excited to help travelers bring their vacation plans to life while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through various stages of the vacation planning process
  • Learn about traveler interests, preferences, and travel objectives to provide tailored assistance
  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, transportation options, tours, and activities
  • Recommend travel experiences that align with client expectations and budgets
  • Assist with coordinating reservations and organizing itinerary details
  • Provide clients with confirmations, travel information, schedules, and trip updates
  • Support travelers with modifications, special requests, and travel-related questions
  • Review booking details and travel documentation to help ensure accuracy
  • Monitor upcoming trips and assist with completing outstanding arrangements
  • Maintain detailed client records and communication notes using company systems
  • Utilize supplier resources and company tools to support client needs
  • Participate in ongoing training, educational workshops, and destination learning programs
