Role Summary

Are you a strong communicator who enjoys assisting others and finding solutions? We are looking for service-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Service Consultant.

In this role, you'll work closely with clients by answering questions, coordinating travel-related requests, and helping ensure a positive experience throughout the planning and booking process. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and providing exceptional support in a virtual environment.

No travel industry background is required. We provide comprehensive onboarding, ongoing education, and the tools needed to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional support to clients regarding travel plans and reservations
  • Assist with coordinating vacation packages, hotel stays, cruises, transportation, and related travel services
  • Research travel options and availability using approved company systems
  • Review booking details and travel information for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
  • Help manage travel updates, schedule adjustments, and reservation-related requests
  • Maintain organized records of client communications and travel documentation
  • Participate in virtual training sessions and continuous learning opportunities
