Role Overview

Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting others, and making sure every detail comes together smoothly? We're expanding our remote team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Experience Coordination Specialists.

In this role, you'll assist clients throughout various stages of their experience by coordinating details, providing timely support, and helping ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. What You'll Be Doing

  • Support clients by providing information, guidance, and assistance throughout their experience
  • Coordinate requests, schedules, and service-related details to help keep activities running smoothly
  • Communicate important updates, confirmations, and relevant information in a clear and timely manner
  • Assist with tracking ongoing requests and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
  • Help address routine questions and provide solutions using available resources and tools
  • Review records and documentation to verify accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain organized digital files and client information within company platforms
  • Assist with operational and administrative tasks that support daily workflow
  • Work collaboratively with team members to help maintain a high standard of service
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development programs
