Summary Overview

Are you energized by helping others create unforgettable experiences and coordinating every detail with care? We are expanding our remote team and looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to join us as Experience Planning Specialists.

In this role, you'll work closely with clients to transform vacation ideas into thoughtfully planned itineraries. You'll provide personalized recommendations, coordinate travel arrangements, and deliver exceptional service from the initial conversation through departure. Primary Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, interests, schedules, and spending preferences
  • Explore destination options, resorts, hotels, cruises, guided vacations, transportation, and local experiences
  • Design customized travel recommendations that align with each traveler's preferences and budget
  • Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel services using approved supplier resources
  • Prepare itineraries, reservation confirmations, travel documents, and important pre-travel information
  • Assist with booking updates, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and special travel accommodations
  • Review reservations and travel details to help ensure every booking is complete and accurate
  • Maintain regular communication with clients by providing updates, reminders, and planning assistance
  • Keep organized records of client information, reservations, and trip details within company systems
  • Utilize supplier partnerships and internal resources to provide outstanding customer support
  • Continue developing industry knowledge through destination education, supplier training, and ongoing professional learning
