We are seeking organized, personable, and service-driven individuals to join our expanding remote team as Guest Coordination Specialists. This position focuses on assisting guests throughout their planning and experience process by managing important details, providing timely support, and ensuring a smooth and positive journey from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support guests with questions, requests, and experience-related needs
  • Coordinate reservations, schedules, confirmations, and service details
  • Provide clear information regarding available options, timelines, and next steps
  • Assist with guest preferences, special accommodations, and unique requests
  • Monitor ongoing arrangements and help ensure all details remain on track
  • Review records, confirmations, and documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain organized digital files and update guest information as needed
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual tools
  • Work alongside team members to deliver a high-quality guest experience
  • Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities
